Bred and trained by Graeme Ballantyne, Tillys Got Talent retired in 2021 after eight starts.
Owners Ad:
Tilly came to me off the track in November of 2021, retired through injury.
She had 12 months spelling to heal, and in February of 2022, she started her education and was re-mouthed at J’Lacy Equine in Serpentine.
Tilly loves the beach and trail rides. She is a confident horse but is very green. She needs a knowledgeable, patient and very gentle home.
She is a gentle nature and very loving, she loves to sun bath and will happily lay with you sitting with her. She does like company but can be bossy to other mares.
She likes to ride out in company mostly, but with training and time, I’m sure she will learn to ride out alone also.
She will never be a jumping horse or heavy work, so she would be suited to an older rider wanting a dressage, trail, or in-hand horse.
She does wind suck if given the facility to do so. I have plastic cap posts and so she can’t and doesn’t.
She would make a stunning broodmare also.
This is a very sad sale for me, I have given her two years of my love and time, but my family circumstance has changed, and I can’t keep her.
I simply do not have the time, money or commitment to look after her the way she deserves.
I will not send her off blind, it is the most important that she finds a loving home.
