Call-out to businesses to become an OTTWA Herd Hero

Off the Track WA are eager to introduce our Herd Hero initiative, connecting businesses and services to the OTT community.

OTTWA Herd Hero Information

Useful Information:

• Read the Fact Sheet and Terms and Conditions.
• 2025 Herd Heroes runs from date of signing the Deed to 31st December 2025.
• The Deed does not create any partnership, joint venture, relationship of principal and agent, contract of service or contract for services between parties.
• The Herd Hero acknowledges that the Deed is not endorsed by RWWA of the benefits, services or products of the Herd Hero.
• There is no cost to be a part of the Herd Hero initiative.

Terms and Conditions:

• Businesses must have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
• The Deed creates legal, valid and binding obligations, enforceable against the Herd Hero in accordance with its terms.
• OTTWA grants the Herd Hero the use of any designation of ‘OTTWA Herd Hero’ for the duration of the term, unless terminated sooner in accordance with the Deed.
• It will conduct, manage and promote OTTWA in a proper, competent and professional manner and through appropriately qualified personnel.
• It is not under any obligation which would or might prevent or restrict it from effectively conducting, managing or from performing its obligations under the Deed.
• All information provided to RWWA by the Herd hero or on its behalf in connection with the Deed is true and correct in all material respects and are not, whether by omission or otherwise, misleading or deceptive.
