Silver and Gold Sponsorship Information

If applying for a Silver or Gold sponsorship, the below information is applicable to you.

Travel Rebate

As part of this sponsorship, your event may be eligible to offer the OTT travel rebate to entrants. This is a great opportunity to gather more entrants via a reduced entry cost subsidized by OTTWA. As part of this, you will be required to coordinate a few administrative items. Please tick to confirm you can commit to these requirements; if not, travel rebates may not be applied for this event.

Include a postcode option within your entry form to be used to calculate eligibility.
Record eligible OTT entrants that fit within the over 150km travel range.
Reimburse riders 30% of their entry cost if found to be eligible.
Invoice Racing and Wagering WA for the reimbursement of this subsidy.

Our OTTWA Sponsorship and Partnership Coordinator will make contact regarding invoicing and agreements.

We will email successful applicants following the close of applications to confirm bank and invoicing details.
