Interstate Sponsored Competitors

OTTWA provides sponsorship towards competitors who are eligible and/or been selected to compete at an interstate or international event outside of Western Australia on an Off the Track horse. OTTWA wish to sponsor athletes who will represent OTTWA at the highest level, promoting second careers for retired racehorses as competitor mounts.

You must be selected or qualified for an event out of WA on an off the track horses to be eligible for this sponsorship.

Applications must be received a minimum of eight weeks prior to the event.

INTERSTATE COMPETITOR SPONSORSHIP

YOU MUST BE

Selected or qualified for and travelling to compete at an eastern state, national or international event on your off the track horse

WHAT OTTWA WILL PROVIDE FOR YOUR EVENT:

$1,000 towards travelling to the event
$500 worth of agreed OTTWA promotional merchandise, for example:
- Rugs
- Boots
- Saddle blankets
- Feed/hay bags
- Caps
- Shirts
- Jackets
Magnetic signage to be displayed on float or truck

WHAT OTTWA WILL RECEIVE FOR THE SPONSORSHIP

Rider to display signage around stabling/yard area at event
OTTWA to be tagged in all relevant social media posts (minimum three posts)
Promotional merchandise to be worn during relevant photo opportunities, lessons, clinics, interviews and competitions where appropriate
High resolution photos of horse and rider in OTTWA merchandise to be used in promotional activities
