Off the Track WA Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
Entries close at 12pm on the 22nd of December, and will be drawn at random. A representative from Off the Track WA will contact winners directly from the OTTWA Instagram or Facebook Page.
Conditions of Entry:
- Entrants must have an OTTWA Passport account
- Entrants must be following all of the businesses on Instagram
- Entrants must be following Off the Track WA on Instagram
- Limit of one entry per person.
How to Enter:
- Tag a friend in the Instagram comments.
- Follow Off the Track WA’s Instagram Account
- Follow the Linked Herd Hero Instagram Accounts
Expiry Dates for Prizes:
- CT scan expires 12 months after the date of issue.
- All other vouchers must be redeemed and prizes claimed within six months of date of issue.
This concludes the terms and conditions for the 2023 OTTWA Giveaway Competition running until the 22nd of December 2023.

The OTTWA website records your visit and logs information for statistical purposes, including: the user’s server address, the user’s top level domain name (e.g. .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc.), the date and time of the visit to the website, the pages accessed and documents downloaded, the previous website visited and the type of web browsing environment being used. No attempt is being made to identify users or their browsing activities except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider’s logs.
If you provide OTTWA with your email address or other personal information via this website, the details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them. We will not use or disclose these details to any third party without your explicit consent.

OTTWA Passport Terms & Conditions
Users are entitled to one Welcome Pack upon first successful application for a horse for a limited time only, with a maximum limit of one per year. The contents of Welcome Packs may vary.
Use of the “Off the Track WA Horse Passport” is subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the OTTWA website as well as addition Terms and Conditions listed below.
An application for a horse in the OTTWA Horse Passport program being accepted does not equate to acknowledgement of legal ownership under Australian Law. It cannot be used as proof of purchase or ownership. RWWA has no jurisdiction over the ownership of ex-racehorses once they have been retired from racing.
RWWA have the right to refuse to issue an OTTWA Horse Passport at their own discretion.
Users agree to keep their login details for this account private and confidential.
Information provided by the user may be used by Racing and Wagering WA to assist in identifying, recording and tracking the use, status and location of horses that have been registered with RWWA.
Users will be contacted by Off the Track WA for the purpose of maintaining the details of the horses they have successfully claimed. This is not deemed marketing communications.
Users must make the best effort possible to update the horse’s status in a timely manner when a change of status or ownership occurs.
